Last updated: 2026. This website and MyxFinancials are provided by SERT Technology Inc. By using the website or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Services and subscriptions

Plan features, billing intervals, prices, and applicable taxes are presented before checkout. Subscriptions renew on the selected billing cycle until cancelled through the billing portal, subject to the checkout provider’s terms. Enterprise arrangements are quoted separately. Product capabilities and availability may evolve as we improve the platform.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for maintaining the security of your account. MyxFinancials supports the preparation of accounting and tax records, but it does not replace professional accounting advice or your obligation to review and submit accurate filings to the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

Availability and contact

We work to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. For questions about your plan, billing, or these terms, contact sales@sert.ph. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
